• Log into your City Email @ https://webmail.shreveportla.gov
  • Sign in with your USERID & Password
  • Locate an email from RemotePC that looks similar to this:
  • Open the email and Click on “Create account now!
  • You will be directed to a new screen where you will sign up for your RemotePC account. Fill out the form and use your City email address . The password you create is only for the RemotePC account, please make a note of it.
  • You should see the “Login” screen where you will sign in to RemotePC.
  • You will be directed to another screen where you should see Connect.
  • Hover over Connect and you will see (2) two Icons the click on the Icon that looks like a Basketball. It will turn blue and you'll a message that says Connect via Viewer Lite
  • You will be directed to a new screen that will show RemotePC Viewer Lite loading
  • You should see your wallpaper and login screen that you normally see on your work pc.
  • Locate the BLUE arrow at the center of the screen at the top of your screen.
  • CLICK ON IT
  • Locate the 3 blocks ACD
  • You should now see your login prompt that you use to your desktop.
  • Type in your USERID & PASSWORD then press Enter or click the arrow to login
  • If you see your MAIN screen with your icons that is your Desktop PC, you have SUCCESSFULLY REMOTED into your work PC. You are now able to work as if you were physically at your desk.

  • DO NOT Shutdown your work PC.
  • To disconnect click the Blue arrow
  • Click the Disconnect icon.
